Our Mission 
To provide strategic guidance and leadership on AI-related challenges and opportunities within the content creation and licensing ecosystem, ensuring that our industries evolve thoughtfully and ethically in response to technological advancement.


Current Initiatives

Our first major project is developing DMLA's official position statement on AI, a cornerstone document that will:

  • Guide our advocacy efforts with policymakers and industry stakeholders

  • Provide clear direction on AI-related issues for our membership

  • Establish DMLA as a thought leader in addressing AI's impact on content creation and licensing

  • Create a framework for ethical AI adoption within our industries
