DESCRIPTION

Leadership membership is for content companies, agencies, archives, publishers, marketplaces, and platforms.

These companies typically work broadly across two or more parts of the digital content eco-system, including potentially in production, distribution, licensing, discovery, and technology. These companies may represent footage, still images, multi-media, illustration, AI, and audio for creative/commercial and editorial purposes.

This is a voting membership. Because Leadership members work more broadly in multiple areas, these members have 3 votes.

All voting members are eligible to serve on the DMLA Executive Board, if they meet the qualifications defined in the DMLA Operating Manual.

The General member must meet the qualifications and:

• Certify annually that they will abide by the DMLA Code of Ethics.

• Certify annually their revenue range.

• Fulfill membership requirements as set by the Membership Committee and Board of Directors.

• Membership applications are subject to approval by DMLA Board of Directors.

DUES

Dues are based on estimated annual revenue levels.

Level 1 (<$500K) $1000/year
Level 2 (>$500K - $2.5MM) $1800/year
Level 3 (>$2.5MM - $15MM) $3600/year
Level 4 (>$15MM - $50MM) $6200/year
Level 5 (>$50MM - $100MM) $9000/year
Level 6 (>$100MM) - $13,500

In addition, new members will be assessed a one-time $500 onboarding fee upon acceptance.
