DMLA Mission Member Application

 

DESCRIPTION

A Mission membership is a voting membership for mission driven, non-profit organizations. The organization must:

  • Be certified as a 501c-3 or 501c-6 non-profit organization, or the equivalent, if outside the U.S.A.

  • Work as part of the digital media ecosystem in content, technology, data management, legal, creator rights, and/or licensing. Or, as a non-profit, provide support to the industry in a way that aligns with the mission of DMLA.

  • Certify annually to adhere to the DMLA Code of Ethics as specified in the membership application form.

  • Fulfill membership requirements as set by the Membership Committee, approved by the Executive Committee, and which are communicated to the membership.

This is a voting membership and is targeted to non-profits working in or supporting the digital media eco-systems.

DUES

Dues are based on estimated annual revenue levels.

Level 1 (<$1MM) $1000/year
Level 2 (>$1MM) $2000/year

In addition, a one-time $500 onboarding fee will be assessed upon acceptance.

Logo display as member of DMLA. Committee participation, free access to member area of site, free access to webinars, news distribution, access to legal committee input. Priority access to showcase features. Website profile and links.


VOTING OR NON-VOTING

Mission members have 1 member vote and may participate on the Board.
